The abc diet 

This is one of the most popular diets because of the large amount of weight that you can lose, but it's also a difficult one at 50 days long be prepared for hard work. Good luck skinny!

The Five Bite diet

This diet has very simple directions: only five bites for each meal. If for breakfast you are having an apple you get five bites of that apple then stop eating. This diet can help you to lose weight due to the small amount of calories you take in each day (only about 500) but isnt good to do for a long time. I would suggest not doing this diet for over a week. Good luck skinny!

 

The Russian Gymnast diet

This diet is used by, surprise: Russian gymnasts! It's known for helping people to lose 15 pounds in just one week. As with any diet it is vital that you drink lots of water during this diet, and make sure you have only zero calorie drinks (it's best to just stick to water) during this diet you simply repeat the same breakfast lunch and dinner for the week. Good luck skinny! 

Breakfast: A glass of orange juice, a slice of calorie reduced bread or a cup of orange juice 

Lunch: A fruit salad or a medium apple 

Dinner: 8 baby carrots or a green apple

 

The Skinny Girl diet

This diet is similar to the abc diet, but shorter and with a generally higher calorie budget.For those of you who haven't tried a diet before this may be a good one to start with. Fruits and veggies don't count towards your daily calories for this and exercise is a must. Good luck skinny!
